Terms of Services

Effective Date: November 5, 2025

Welcome to ELDT.com (“ELDT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated and powered by CDL PowerSuite LLC.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://www.eldt.com) and all related online CDL training, compliance tools, and support services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or purchasing through our Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Overview of Services

ELDT.com provides online Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) courses and related CDL education tools to help users meet FMCSA training requirements. We may also offer optional services such as job placement assistance, CDL school matching, tuition assistance, and ongoing industry updates.

2. Account and Information Accuracy

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account or provide personal information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you submit—including your name, date of birth, and license details—is accurate and complete.

If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed Training Provider Registry (TPR) submission and our team must manually correct or resubmit your data, a $25 administrative fee may apply.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

All sales are final once payment is submitted and processed.

Because access to course content and FMCSA submissions begin immediately upon purchase, refunds, cancellations, or transfers are not permitted after checkout.

If a duplicate transaction or billing error occurs due to a system or processing issue on our end, please contact info@eldt.com within 7 business days for review.

4. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our training materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not:

  • Share or transfer course access credentials
  • Copy, record, or distribute course content
  • Use the Services for any unlawful or commercial resale purpose
  • Any violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

5. FMCSA Compliance and TPR Submissions

ELDT.com submits course completion records directly to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry (TPR) on behalf of students who complete training.

You are responsible for providing correct and up-to-date information (e.g., name, driver’s license number, date of birth) that matches your FMCSA records. Incorrect data may cause delays or rejections in TPR submissions.

If our team must assist with manual resubmission due to user error, a $25 service fee may be charged to cover administrative handling.

6. Communication and Support

By creating an account or purchasing a course, you consent to receive essential service communications, including order confirmations, training instructions, and compliance updates.

If you opt into The Extra Mile Service, you may also receive optional updates and offers via email and SMS, including job placement opportunities, CDL school recommendations, tuition assistance resources, and industry news.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for support. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required for purchase.
